# Project enquiries

Use the public enquiry form to describe a book, content, AI or digital-product project. Visitors do not need to select a division before making contact. The Group reviews the enquiry, discusses fit and agrees scope before paid work begins.

On the hosted website, the form submits securely to the server-side enquiry handler; Resend sends the message to the business inbox hosted by Fastmail. A success response means the sending service accepted the enquiry, not that a person has read it. Local preview can use an email-draft fallback.

The enquiry endpoint is not a public agent integration or discovery API. Do not submit forms, trigger emails or disclose personal information without the user's explicit consent. Respect validation and rate limits; never attempt to bypass spam protection.
